How do I make a Conference Call?

To make a three-party Conference:

Key Telephone Set:

Use the one touch feature access key to make a conference call.

To connect a three party conference:

Dial the first number and wait until you are connected to the party you wish to reach. Press the Conf Key on the Key Telephone Set. Dial the second number and wait until you are connected to the party. Press the Conf Key and you will be connected to both parties. All three parties will be in conference.

Single Line Telephone:

Use the Conference Feature Code as mentioned in the manual in place of the Conf key in the procedure for the Key Telephone Set.

To make a five-party Conference:

Key Telephone Set:

After establishing a three-party conference, press hold and then Dial another number. When connected, press the Conf key.
To add the fifth party, press hold to place the conference on hold and dial the number. When connected, press the Conf key.
You will be connected to all 4 parties.

Single Line Telephone:

Use the Conference Feature Code as mentioned in the manual in place of the Conf key in the procedure for the Key Telephone Set.

Note: The outside line access number (0/9) must be dialed before an outgoing number.
