How does Call Waiting work with the telephones?

Key Telephone Set:

When on a call and another call comes in, you will see the Caller Id information on the display. In addition, you will see the Swap on the display and the swap key blinking. Select the Swap Key to switch to the waiting call.

To return to the other call, press Swap again. You can use Swap to

Toggle between the calls.

Single Line Telephone:

Use the Call Waiting Feature Code as mentioned in the manual in

place of the Swap key in the procedure for the Key Telephone Set.

Note: Call Waiting Feature must be set up with your telephone service in order to access / use this feature.
